Course Description

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the international and European regulatory framework governing civil aviation. Learners will discover how global aviation is organized, who develops aviation regulations, how airlines operate within the legal framework, and how international cooperation ensures safe, secure, efficient and sustainable air transport.

The course introduces the roles of ICAO, EASA, National Civil Aviation Authorities, the European Commission, EUROCONTROL, and other key aviation organizations. It also explains how aircraft, airlines, airports and aviation personnel are regulated throughout the world.

This course serves as the ideal foundation before studying EASA PPL, ATPL, Part-66, Part-147 or ICAO training programmes.
